How can I reschedule or cancel my interview?

Candidates who have been selected to interview with NewYork-Presbyterian will be contacted by phone or email. Details of your interview will be confirmed via email. 

Follow the steps below if you need to reschedule or cancel your interview.

How it Works:

  1. If you need to reschedule or cancel your interview, please contact us as soon as possible, either by Chat (Monday through Friday, 7am-7pm), or Submit a request through HR Connects.
  2. If you Chat, please select the category “New Hire & Onboarding or Interview Scheduling” to ensure your chat gets to the right team quickly.
  3. If you Submit a request, please select the category “Career,” and complete the fields requested. This ensures your message will get to the right team quickly.
  4. If you are rescheduling or canceling your interview on the day of your interview, you should also contact your Talent Acquisition Recruiter by sending a message using the email address located at the bottom of your interview confirmation email. This ensures the hiring department will be notified quickly.
