HR Connects features convenient access to HR support and services. Users can browse a wide range of HR-related articles online or connect with a live HR Connects Advisors through chat, phone, or emailWe also offer 1:1 appointments for some of our services. We are accessible 24/7 online, with live support Monday – Friday, from 8 a.m to 6 p.m. 

Articles are available 24/7 and on the following categories: career, health, work/life, money, life events, etc. Take advantage of our self‑service portal to access many of these resources anytime, from anywhere—making it easier and faster to get what you need. And when you want personalized support, HR Connects Advisors are ready to help.

Our HR Connects Advisors are here to make your experience seamless, efficient, and empowering. Whether you're navigating important life moments or managing routine employment needs, the team is ready to guide you every step of the way.

HR Connects Advisors support inquiries related to:

  • Benefits – Understanding your coverage, enrollment options, and available resources
  • Candidate Inquiries – Answering questions from prospective employees
  • Leave – Help with initiating and understanding leave options
  • Life Claims – Assistance with filing and managing life insurance claims
  • Medical or Personal Non-Medical Leave – Guidance through the process from start to finish
  • Onboarding – Ensuring a smooth start for new hires and current employees transitioning to a new role
  • Payroll – Assistance with pay, deductions, and deduction-related questions
  • Plan Information – Clear insights into your benefit plans and offerings
  • Qualifying Life Events – Support when life changes require benefits updates
  • Timekeeping – Help with time entry, corrections, approvals, and schedule inquiries
  • Workforce Administration – Support for employment-related updates and actions, including Workday troubleshooting

To access HR Connects:

Employees: HR Connects is accessible through Single Sign On (SSO) using your NYP CWID and password. Please click “Employee Signon” at the top right of your screen. This enables you to view articles tailored to your campus location.

Candidates: To search for job opportunities at NewYork-Presbyterian and for information on how to apply, please visit the NYP Careers website. In addition, candidates may browse general articles on the HR Connects website, including information about internship opportunities, how to become a volunteer, the I‑9 Work Authorization process, cancelling or rescheduling interviews, and other resources related to seeking employment at NewYork–Presbyterian. 

Retirees and Employees on Leave: Please contact HR Connects through the chat at the bottom right of your screen and an HR Connects Advisor will assist with your inquiry.
