Newly hired employees who have received and accepted a verbal conditional offer of employment from a Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be asked to acknowledge an electronic offer letter via our Workday system. At that time, new hires should download and save the offer letter for their records because they will not have access to view it in Workday again after that point.
If the offer letter was not saved at the time of acknowledgement, the NYP HR Connects team can download and email the offer letter to the newly hired employee after verifying their identity. The offer letter is available for download for only 6 months.
