This information is for candidates who have received and accepted a conditional offer of employment and are starting NewYork-Presbyterian’s post-offer, pre-employment onboarding process.
Before you begin
All offers of employment are contingent upon successfully completing the onboarding process, including clearance by NYP’s Workforce Health & Safety and Security departments.
What to expect
Activate your NYP Access
You will receive an email from our Identity Management Team (oneidadmin@nyp.org) in the next 48 to 72 hours with instructions on how to activate both your NYP username (aka CWID) and 2 factor authentication (DUO) credentials for access to NYP systems.
Once you have followed the instructions to activate your DUO access and created your NYP password, you will be able to move on to schedule your appointment in Step 2. It is imperative that you complete this step as soon as possible as you will not be able to complete Steps 2 and 5 without this access. If you encounter any issues with this step, please let us know at your earliest convenience.
Schedule your In-Person Onboarding Appointments at the NYP Campus (approximately two hours).
- Your medical clearance physical exam at the NYP Workforce Health and Safety office.
- Your photo for your ID badge at the NYP Security Office will be completed after the above appointment, no additional appointment needed.
To schedule your appointment, please go to the following link and select "Login with SSO" https://nyp.my.cority.com/#/login. You will use your CWID and the NYP password you created above.
After your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details on how to proceed. Please make sure to complete your health questionnaire in the scheduling platform prior to your appointment.
